WHO YOULL WORK WITH

Nikes Asia Pacific & Latin America (APLA) Geography. Main collaborators are Strategy teammates APLA Leadership and CrossFunctional Teammates who write the future of Sport and Nike for over half of the worlds population.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Principal of Strategy who will work with leadership in the APLA geography to develop and execute Nike APLAs longterm strategy identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and to catalyze action against these priorities through business planning processes.

  • Bachelors degree and minimum of 910 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law 6 yrs; Masters 7 yrs; Associates degree 9yrs; High School 10 yrs
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education experience or training

Preferred requirements

  • Apparel/footwear retail merchandising digital/ecommerce and/or experience in consumer facing industries and proven understanding of the competitive landscape / retail marketplace.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

As our APLA Strategy Sr. Principal you will be responsible for helping lead the strategic planning process authoring strategic plans and serve as a critical thought partner to our senior/executive leaders to explore complex business issues. In addition you will independently lead crossfunctional teams and be aligned to the projects below:

  • Build Integrated Growth Plans Drive integrated actions to win with athletes* & drive profitable growth. Help leaders solve their most pressing strategic questions via long term growth plans. Complete rigorous strategic analysis and synthesize insights into compelling presentations for the APLA geography.
  • Develop Future Strategies Create the path for future Nike. Develop frameworks analysis and critical thinking to drive Nikes largest growth opportunities. Scope the work define workstreams and serve as overall project quarterback.
  • Assess Impact Diagnose results aligned to the plan & prioritize future actions. Support senior leader(s) to communicate strategies across the broader organization and develop KPIs to measure success.
