We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with exceptional expertise in HRIS and Payroll systems specifically Dayforce and Workday. The Corporate Payroll & HRIS Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and effective HRIS management contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our HR operations.

What Youll Be Doing:
Stakeholder Support:Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers providing guidance on HR policies procedures and best practices.
Payroll Management:Oversee and process payroll for all employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
HRIS Maintenance:Manage and update the HRIS ensuring data integrity and generating reports as needed.
Employee Relations:Address employee concerns and grievances conducting investigations and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
Onboarding:Assist with the recruitment process including job postings candidate screening and onboarding of new hires.
Performance Management:Support the performance review process providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting and performance improvement.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with local provincial and federal employment laws and regulations.
Training and Development:Coordinate and facilitate training programs to support employee development and organizational growth.
HR Projects:Participate in and lead various HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement
Experience:5 years of experience in payroll and HRIS management with extensive experience in Dayforce and Workday.
Desired Experience:
Experience: 5 years of experience as HR Generalist in a manufacturing Environment
Experience: 3 years experience in payroll and HRIS management
Education: Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
Skills: Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of payroll regulations and HRIS best practices.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience with Dayforce and Workday.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.
Experience in managing payroll and HRIS in a global environment.
