We are looking for a Customer Coordinator to join our Fabrication Center.

What will you be doing

As a Customer Coordinator you would be responsible for scheduling measures & installs communicating with customers contractors and production staff maintaining square footage needed for budget preparing daily packets for measures production and installs. This role must also handle immediate needs of the customer and accounts.

Job Expectations:

• Ensure measures are scheduled within 72 hrs. of customerready date while maintaining the integrity of routes and ensuring volume for business needs are met.
• Ensure installs are scheduled within 48 hrs. of confirmation date while maintaining integrity of routes and ensuring volume for business needs are met.
• Monitor measure & install square footage reporting KPI attainment to management
• Communicate and coordinate shop followup and expedite orders when needed.
• Participate in and interact with internal teams on a regular basis to ensure timely response to customers/orders.
• Maintain CRM updated with all customer changes/notes.
• New packets for production are supplied by shops daily deadline.
• Assist customers with inshop slab viewing and layouts.

What are we looking for

EXPERIENCE
Required:

• 1 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Ability to pass a background check

Desired:

• Experience scheduling/routing appointments and managing multiple schedules.

EDUCATION
Required:

• High School Diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGE
Required:

• Customer Service Etiquette
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook etc.

Desired:

• Experience working with subcontractors.
• Bilingual
