The stunning Forbes 4Star Conrad New York is looking for a Substitute Server to join the Atrio Team!
Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan featuring 463 rooms 30000 square feet of banquet space and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3meal restaurant rooftop bar and inroom dining.

Classification:Temporary
Shift: Various must be available to weekdays weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate:The pay rate for this role is $15.93$21.24 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Union Position: This position is part of the Local 6 Union which requirescomplete open availability. We arenot able to accommodate schedule restrictions and fulltime hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.
What will I be doing
As a Food Server you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate pointofsale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is wellstocked at all times
