The Management & Human Resources Department in the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business is looking for an assistant or associate professor of management to start in August 2025. The primary teaching responsibilities would be in management for the undergraduate and graduate programs. The UW Oshkosh College of Business is AACSB accredited at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition to undergraduate business students we have an MBA program and are part of the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium program. The College of Business values and respects diversity in our classrooms workplace associations and relationships. Bounded by lakes rivers and forests Oshkosh is within driving distance from Chicago Milwaukee and Minneapolis.
Tenuretrack faculty facilitate classroom online and/or laboratory instruction and assists with instructional development and design for management courses to support the delivery of quality instruction. They provide forcredit instruction in formats such as facetoface online hybrid and/or laboratory settings including grading at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Faculty members are expected to publish regularly in peerreviewed journals and to participate in service activities for the department and college (e.g. club advisor curriculum development). At higher ranks universitylevel service is expected in addition.
