Front Desk Agent
Overview
The Front desk Agent must be Able to respond in a professional and courteous manner to arriving guests departing guests and inhouse guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Can respond to telephone and inperson inquiries regarding reservations hotel information and guest concerns. MUST have previous customer service experience inside a hotel environment. MUST be friendly and make all communications with a guest an interaction and not a transaction.
