About the role

As a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation Strategist you will be the driving force behind improving user experiences and maximizing conversions across our digital platforms. Your mission will be to identify opportunities for optimization through datadriven insights develop impactful strategies and execute experiments that deliver measurable results. Collaborating with Growth Managers Product and Development teams you will play a pivotal role in creating seamless usercentric digital experiences that align with our business objectives.

Your mission:

• Develop and Implement Global Conversion Optimization Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive strategies to optimize user journeys and drive conversions across all digital channels.
• Drive Testing and Experimentation: Lead A/A and A/B testing initiatives personalization efforts and other experiments to identify winning strategies.
• Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Partner with Growth Product and Development teams to ensure holistic optimization efforts are aligned with company goals.
• Track and Analyze Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to evaluate the success of optimization strategies.
• Act on Behavioral and DataDriven Insights: Leverage analytics platforms user behavior tools and customer journey mapping to identify friction points and improve user experience.

Your profile:

• Proven Experience: At least 5 years in Digital Marketing or Growth roles with a demonstrated track record of optimizing conversion rates and increasing revenue.
• Expertise in UX/UI and Analytics: Deep understanding of UX/UI principles behavioral analytics A/B testing and personalization strategies.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRO tools like Google Analytics Hotjar Optimizely Mixpanel Funnel and CRM platforms such as Hubspot.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze customer journeys identify pain points and implement datadriven solutions.
• Project Management Skills: Excellent prioritization collaboration and abilities to manage multiple optimization projects effectively.
