Product Genius Responsibilities
- Assist in obtaining necessary insurance bank and internal documentation required for the completion of a new car purchase or lease
- Following up after delivery to assist customers with additional questions
- Represent The Premier Collections brand with excellence
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Safely transport customers cars to and from the dealership
- Customization of customer profiles and explanation of technology
Product Genius Qualifications
- Caring Patient & Empathetic
- Ability to maintain hardworking highenergy personality throughout the workday
- Positive cando mentality eager to improve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
