Job Description
Thrifty Threads is more than just a thrift storeits a community hub where great finds and great causes come together. Every purchase supports survivors of domestic violence and our team plays a key role in fostering that mission. As a Front of House Lead you will be the face of our newest location ensuring customers have a seamless and welcoming shopping experience.
What Youll Do- Oversee frontend operations including checkout and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service resolving any issues with professionalism and warmth.
- Support and train frontend staff to create a friendly and efficient work environment.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and support team members.
- Enjoys working with people and thrives in a social environment.
- Organized detailoriented and able to multitask in a fastpaced setting.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling occasional lifting.
- Schedule: Fulltime MondayFriday 40 hours per week.
- Pay Rate: $15 per hour.
- Location: East Side Indianapolis.
