Your Tasks
As an International Management Trainee (m/f/d) youre in for an 18month adventure thatll shape your career and drive our global success. Heres a sneak peek:
- Lead projects from the getgo and see your ideas come to life
- Work on groundbreaking projects with an international team swap ideas with colleagues from all over the world and even present your work to our Board Members
- Take on two international assignments abroad 6 months each learn about new markets cultures and business practice grow your network and broaden your horizons
- Spend one week in one of our stores to understand the core business from the ground up this experience will give you valuable insights into our customer interactions and operational processes
- Get trained by top professionals in the field well equip you with the skills to excel and grow in your career
- Build connections with industry leaders and peers from around Europe aglobal network that will be valuable throughout your career
Your Profile
- Either recently graduated (up to 2 years out) or in your final year of studies majors likeeconomics management or something similar are perfect
- Some handson experience through jobs internships or student organizations
- Youve worked or studied abroad or maybe just love learning about new cultures
- You love digging into numbers and keeping up with the latest tech trends
- You work well with others and thrive in a team environment demonstratingcollaboration and teamwork
- You set and smash goals and solve problems like a pro showingresilience and determination
- Youre organized and capable of working independently under pressure exhibitingleadership and initiative
- Ready to travel and relocate for a great opportunity
- You are always on the lookout for new innovative ways to improve processes and achieve better outcomes reflectinginnovation and adaptability
- You can break down complex problems and find effective solutions using data and analytics
- You demonstrateintegrity and transparencyin all interactions building trust by being straightforward and showing integrity in your decisions
- You understand and prioritize the needs of our customers showingcustomer focus and empathy
- Fluent German and English (C1 level) so you can rock those international meetings
