We are looking for someone to run optimize and improve our AI platform with the northstar metric being day 30 retention. You will be directly responsible for tasks which lead to a 50 improvement to our platformwide retention. You will also be free to come up with other creative ways that we can monetize.
Who we are looking for
Someone with an established trackrecord of delivering results which matter to the company
Someone who has a deep understanding of the ML development cycle focusing on iteration speed and identifying bottlenecks
Someone who is goal oriented and driven. You must be comfortable being given a goal and doing whatever is necessary to achieve the goal
Profficient in Python Tensorflow or PyTorch
