Mechanical Technicians Kirkbymoorside
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Mechanical Technicians to join a worldleading company at the forefront of their sector. Based in Kirkbymoorside North Yorkshire this role offers the chance to work on cuttingedge technologies
The role offers a competitive salary and benefits including;
Great Day Shift pattern 8.30am to 4.30pm MonThurs and 8.30am to 4pm Friday (flexitime available).

The successful candidates will play a key role in assembling mechanical and hydraulic components ensuring highquality is maintained throughout production. This position involves:
Mechanical assembly of all products.
Load testing of all assembled products .
Manufacturing and testing hydraulic hoses and pipework.
Assembly proof pressure setup and function testing of a wide range of subassemblies and tooling.
Collaborating with other departments to meet project deadlines.
Completing necessary documentation (quality requirements timesheets NCRs ECNs etc..
Performing workshop maintenance and ensuring high safety and housekeeping standards.
Whats Required
Strong mechanical assembly skills ideally suited to candidates with an automotive mechanic background.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn through inhouse training.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications:
Apprenticeshiptrained in a mechanical discipline.
23 years postapprenticeship experience.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Benefits:
37 hours per week 8.30am to 4.30pm MonThurs and 8.30am to 4pm Friday (flexitime available).
25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.

Overtime time and a half MonSat and double time Sunday after 37 hours worked.
