Were looking for a Product Line Manager II to join the Global Apparel Accessories Headwear team. An ideal PLM II is a collaborative teammate with a history of excellence and phenomenal attention to detail. You will need strong organizational skills a drive to learn and the ability to adapt quickly. A passion for serving our consumers is a must. We are looking for someone who will partner effectively with diverse teams and can support our team by creatively solving problems.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The Global Apparel Accessories Product Creation team manages the Headwear Socks Bags and Equipment product portfolio. This role will play a key role in supporting the Headwear team on all aspects of the product creation process.

Youll be working with the Product Management Team and a crossfunctional team (Merchandising Design and Technical Design) on the Headwear creation process from brief to final product approval. You will ensure the Product Team hits all Game Plan Dates by helping to prepare for meetings (sample setup document preparation managing preread documents recapping meetings etc.. Clear and accurate communication and data management is critical for this role including owning communicating changes to the triad and key partners. You will be responsible for sample organization and tracking.

As our PLM II you will be the voice of the consumer keeping a pulse on relevant trends with an emphasis on sport and streetwear culture through the lens of Headwear.

You will collaborate with the Merchandising team to create impactful presentations to effectively hand over the line to our Geo partners.

You will manage the product creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration across crossfunctional triad partners. You will be delivering on key dates and holding yourself accountable to be a great teammate. Data accuracy in key documents is critical: Visual Line Plans Sales Tools Miro Boards Change Logs.

In addition you will learn how to analyze various business metrics to help you plan and manage the line with your Product Management team. You will work with the category information analyst to confirm the accuracy of the information in the MMX system (i.e. FOB landed costs targeted wholesale prices forecasted units). You will help manage the threeyear line plan.

A typical day/week includes ensuring the accuracy of the information in key systems sample management participating in and conducting meetings and providing clear communication to guide crossfunctional teams thru critical checkpoints.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

We work closely with our Product Management and Merchandising teammates Design and Tech Development Planning and Operational teams to manage the product creation cycle.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education experience and training
  • 2 years of related experience in a productrelated role
  • Ability to manage multiple product creation timelines
  • Passion for Sport and Lifestyle Headwear
  • Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic; takes the initiative and is proactive
  • A sense of curiosity and an eagerness to learn
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and the ability to drive consensus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including presentations (efficient in Keynote Miro PPT etc.
