Job Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate nursing care to longterm care residents
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Assist with patient hygiene mobility and daily activities
Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
Collaborate with RNs and healthcare teams for optimal patient care
Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
