esponsibilities:

Provides direct clinical treatment to adults 18 and over including:

  • Diagnostic evaluations urgent care assessment andintervention treatment planning individual group couples and familytherapy.
  • Participates in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatmentand planning conferences.
  • Participates as a member of the Open Access team.
  • Maintains clients EMR following the standards of theclinic.
  • Maintains productivity standard.
  • Attends staff meetings as required including integrated care meeting.
  • Attends administrative meetings and inservicetrainings.
  • Performs other related job duties as assigned.
  • May provide clinical supervision to staff or interns.
  • Respect diverse views and approaches demonstrate Standards of Respect and contribute to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism tolerance civility and acceptance toward all employees patients and visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Grade C12: Clinician III: Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work psychology marriage and family therapy counseling or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology social work marriage and family therapy or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Requires licensure as LMHC LCSW LMFT or is actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Grade C16: Clinician IV: Masters degree in a clinical course of study (social work psychology counseling or related field) and LICSW licensure or licensed Psychologist
  • 2 years experience providing behavioral health therapeutic services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness and cooccurring or primary substance use conditions preferred.
