YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a worldclass analyst to become part of our Growth team. THE JOURNEY
- Work with local and international Growth Marketing teams
- Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team to make the right decisions growing business in Poland.
- Track and monitor key Growth metrics of the assigned projects to measure success providing the appropriate visibility to the Head of Growth and Marketing plus local and HQ stakeholders
- Take ownership of the reporting of KPIs. Design and develop dashboards visualizations and presentations tailored to business needs for effective decisionmaking.
- Identify growth opportunities to grow our user base improve retention rates and maximize profitability.
- Drive projects endtoend translating business challenges into insights and actions. Coordinate a bestinclass of the local Promotional strategies
- Provide expertise to local team offering technical expertise and strategic insights for enhanced analysis.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 12 years of work experience on analytical roles leading analysis and turning insights into actions (business analysis preferred)
- Business acumen and passion for endtoend project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).
- Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a must
- SQL proficiency is mandatory
- Proficiency in data storytelling distilling complex concepts into accessible narratives with documents and/or presentations for audiences with diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker Tableau etc. is a plus
- Handson attitude is a must. Youll have to roll up your sleeves!
- Proficiency in English is a must
