Corporate Sitter

AVAILABILITY:
(MondayFriday Availability 8:00 AM 6:00 PM)

Signing Bonus: $150$300 (Based on Eligibility)
Longevity Bonus: $200$400 (Based on Eligibility)

Position Overview
We are seeking a fewCorporate Sittersto join our elite team of professional oncall backup caregivers at AMP Placement! Thisflexible roleis perfect for individuals who can work8:00 AM 6:00 PMa few days during the week or8:00 AM 6:00 PM5 days a week during our highdemand periods.

This position is ideal for a caregiver who thrives in a fun and dynamic environment and enjoys working with children of various ages from infants to schoolaged children.

Care is provided in family homes. Flexibility to travel throughout Edgewater MD and surrounding cities is required.

Responsibilities:
Provide engaging ageappropriate care for children (Infant toddlers school age)
Travel to various family homes
Deliver exceptional professional childcare and follow our high standards of service

General Job Requirements:
Experience: 13 yrs.

Schedule Options:

  • Work primarily 8:00 AM 6:00 PMshiftduring weekdays with the option to take on additional days and hours outside of peak times if desired
  • Work primarilyWeekendhours onoccasionswhen needed
  • Work primarilyEveninghours onoccasionswhen needed

Starting Salary:

  • $18 $20/hourwith potential for bonus pay

  • Deliver exceptional professional childcare and follow our high standards of service

General Job Requirements:

  • Experience:13 years of professionalverifiablechildcare experience

(nanny paid babysitter teacher teachers assistant/paraprofessional daycare worker camp or recreation worker au pair pediatric nurse etc.

  • Skills:Experience caring for infants through schoolaged children
  • Age:Minimum of 18 years old
  • Availability:Have at least 23 days per weekday or 2 4 days per month availability for weekend or evening shift

Special Job Requirements for Bonuses Eligibility:

  • PeakTime Availability:Have at least 5 weekdays 810hour days per week8:00 AM 6:00 PMshiftavailability
  • Weekend Availability:Have at least 3 weekend days per month availability
  • Evening Availability:Have at least 2 weekday evenings per week availability
  • Must submitan official company application within24hours of responding to job post
  • Must submitrequest documents within48hours of responding to job post
  • Must submitset an official virtual interview within48hours of responding to job post
  • Must be scheduledfor orientation with a start date within48hours of interview
  • Must respondto our messages within24hours

Other General Job Requirements:

  • Transportation:
  • Valid drivers license and insured personal vehicle
  • Active Uber or Lyft account for vehicle emergencies
  • Must have extensive travel flexibility outside of your immediate city and county
  • Certification:CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
  • Flexibility:Must be able to travel at least 45 minutes to 1 hour one way
  • References:12 strong references or letters of recommendation
  • PetFriendly:Comfortable in homes with cats and dogs
  • Work Authorization:US citizenship or work authorization required
  • Background Check:Must have clean criminal and driving records

Bonus Eligibility:

Must meet all qualifications including availability timeframe

Must meet all requirements (General and Special)

Must be able to work one or more needed shifts consistently

Must drive your own insured vehicle & hold a valid drivers license

Must remain compliant with Agency policies including required training

**At the discretion of the company candidates who dont meet strict requirements may be considered for employment excluding bonuses or maybe eligible for a partial bonus**

This is an oncall position within our backup childcare division and daily work is not guaranteed.

We reimburse you on your first pay if you need us to check your criminal history. You can opt to provide us with one that has been checked within the last year and shows a sexual molestation check and driving record check.

You must provide your own valid Infant/Child CPR & First Aid Certification. We do not reimburse you for the certification but can provide you with a online link to become certified at the rate of about $15.
