- Customer Service

- Administrative Duties
- Work with Sales to handle customer concerns and process orders as needed.
- Accurately update records and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
- Proven people oriented professional with a track record of mastering complex interactions.
- Organized and focused able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Techsavvy: Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word Excel Outlook) and able to type 50 WPM.
- Strong communicator: Crystalclear verbal and written communication skills.
- Monday Friday 8 AM 5 PM availability.

As an appliance repair technician youll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words youll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances portable appliances mechanical work as well as electrical work.
Youll deal with more than just appliances though as a repair technician youll have to deal with people too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude have impeccable written and verbal communication skills work adeptly with repair tools be okay with lifting heavy machinery and of course be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
