Rate: 39 per hour
Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Rochdalebased within the Child Protection team.
Responsibilities:
As a Child Protection Social Worker your primary responsibilities will include managing a diverse caseload of children covering Child Protection Child in Need and sometimes Children within Proceedings with the level in proceedings open for discussion. You will attend to Section 47 enquiries complete Single Assessments Risk Assessments and Parenting Assessments. Additionally you will work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies such as the Police and Education Services to meet the identified needs of children young people and their families. Your duties will also involve completing work under the Public Law Outline (PLO) and preparing court reports and assessments.

Qualifications and Experiences:
You must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence. Postqualified experience and a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work are also required.
