An exciting job role has recently become available in Bristol. They are looking for a new member for their Safeguarding Team.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will be assessing the needs of citizens of Bristol and their carers planning implementing reviewing and evaluating outcomes. You will work closely with individuals taking care to understand their unique circumstances and priorities. Championing the principles of choice and control you will support people in making their own decisions and empower them to have services organized and risks managed in ways that are right for them. Constantly maintaining your professional standards as our service continues to develop you will keep a keen eye on changing needs. This includes developing and reviewing support plans and provisions enabling the creative use of resources including assistive technology and providing Social Care that is always fit for the future.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a full UK license have postqualified experience and hold a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
