Role Overview:
Join an exclusive crew of just10 graduates each year and embark on an epic threeyear adventure! Youll rotate throughthree exciting 12month placements each in a different corner of our global business. Every step of the way youll experience new challenges cultures and teams.
This isnt just any graduate programits our fasttrack leadership scheme designed to catapult you toward a future leadership role at IMI. Whether you see yourself as a Managing Director General Manager Sales Director or another key player well equip you with the handson experience and realworld impact needed to get there.
Throughout the Programme you will have the opportunity to:
- Gain a global perspective through our international placements giving you valuable commercial and operational experience.

- Gain valuable exposure to senior leadership attend leadership meetings and work on highimpact projects.

Work Environment:Because of the handson nature of this role and the exciting goals were aiming to achieve well need our Future Leaders to be onsite right in the heart of the action!
A Day In The Life
- Follow all HSE protocols and contribute to creating a safe working environment.
- Contribute to crossfunctional projects aimed at improving processes products or operations.
- Develop your knowledge of our customers and markets by engaging directly with them and identifying solutions to their challenges.
- Collaborate with mentors and supervisors to develop personal and professional skills.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to develop innovative solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal teams suppliers and customers to foster trust and alignment.
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively to supervisors and team members.

Critical Competencies for Success:
- To excel in this role fluency in spoken German is required as the first rotation will be based onsite at one of our facilities in Germany where the majority of employees communicate exclusively in German.
- Demonstrates a strong curiosity and analytical mindset with a passion for problemsolving.
- Possesses a growthoriented mindset continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and development.
- Exhibits comfort and proficiency in technical thinking applying a structured approach to complex challenges.

- Holds a degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
