Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for experienced and Qualified Adult Social Workers to join a busy Disabilities Team based in Cambridge.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will provide professional Social Work services to adults across Adult Operations and/or Mental Health Services as required. You will promote customers in maintaining choice and control of their lives. You will manage a complex caseload demonstrating expert and effective social work practice assessing and managing high levels of risk while striking a balance between support and control to protect people from harm. You will chair a range of meetings offer expert support to case conferences and produce highquality assessments and reports.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have postqualified experience.You will also have experience of working with adults with disabilities have good assessments knowledge and have a confident and thorough understanding of all legislation.
