Senior ServiceNow Engineer
Salary Range: $120000$165000 per year
Please note C2C or sponsorship is not available for this role.
Currently on the lookout for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer that has strong capabilities in software development and the ServiceNow platform in particular ITSM and ITOM. Ideally you will have worked in a healthcare organization or a regulated environment.
The Senior ServiceNow Engineer will provide expertise in administration configuration and maintenance. There will be a lot of crossfunctional work ensuring performance and reliability are upheld with the business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform including configuration customization and administration.
- Design develop and implement new features modules and functionalities to enhance business processes.
- Configure and integrate ServiceNow with thirdparty applications
- Maintain technical documentation including system architecture diagrams and process workflows.
- Work with IT security teams to implement and maintain security controls and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Indepth knowledge of software development and the ServiceNow platform
- knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities including Incident Management Change Management Service Catalog and Reporting.
- understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITOM
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST SOAP and MID Server.
