Short Description

The Director of IT Applications is responsible for managing and overseeing the IT infrastructure and operations within the Ancillary Systems portfolio. This role ensures the effective integration performance and implementation of IT systems that support departments such as laboratory radiology pharmacy cardiology and other clinical ancillary services. The Director will oversee a large portfolio of ancillary systems and applications and will own the strategic direction of the portfolio. The Director will work closely with internal business customers and partner with them on optimization and implementation of workflows and their technology needs. Experience with Epic is strongly desired

Experience Required

Extensive management experience and knowledge directing the daily operations and overall strategy for CUH Applications included but not limited to Financial Clinical IT and ERP applications.

8 to 10 years progressively responsible experience in Program/Project Management managing personnel application support and lifecycle management.

Capable of developing and executing a strategic plan based on leveraging the full functionality of technology investments with systems and applications

Education Requirements

Bachelors required. Masters preferred

License/Certification Requirements

Preferred Project PMP ITIL
