Data Engineering Student
The successful candidates responsibilities will include:
- Review existing operations data research open issues and work with engineering and operations team with new and ongoing projects.
- Design tools and infrastructure needed to analyze large volumes of data.
- Build data pipelines monitor and troubleshoot their operational or data issues.
- Provide assistance to the team with troubleshooting researching the root cause and thoroughly resolving defects in the event of a problem.
- Will have the opportunity to explore other areas like Data Governance Data Security Data Science or Master Data Management.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes models and data engineering solutions.
- Perform other Data related duties and responsibilities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Recently graduated or enrolled (Last term) in Data Engineering or Machine Learning Program or an equivalent technical discipline.
- Proficiency in SQL Python data modeling ETL processes and data integration using Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with database data warehouse or data lake solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure data services (e.g. Data Factory Databricks Synapse Fabric Purview).
- Good analytical organizational oral and written communication skills.
Additional assets for this position include:
- Experience and consolidated knowledge in working with and applying LLMs.
- Technically inclined energetic productive and can handle multiple priorities in a timely fashion with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced team environment.
