This opportunity starts at 3:30pm MW and 6pm on Fridays. Currently 18 hours weeklywith the potential to pair with anther opportunity for those that desire more hours.
Cleaning/Janitorial Technician

Position Overview:
The Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at an assigned location. This stable and specialized role requires consistency attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring that the assigned facility remains clean and hygienic.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks at the assigned location including but not limited to:
Gather empty trash and replace liners in trash bins.
Clean floors and baseboards by sweeping mopping and/or vacuuming.
Dust vents office furniture equipment sills wallmounted objects etc. as per schedule.
Keep areas stocked with supplies such as paper products soaps etc.
Clean and sanitize areas such as restrooms exam rooms offices break rooms etc.
Clean high touch points such as glass chrome fixtures phones etc.
Request supplies as needed to ensure that all necessary materials are on hand.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of janitor storage areas.
Ensure buildings are secure by locking doors and turning on/off alarm systems.
Notify the manager when a building requires minor repairs.
Adhere to specific cleaning requirements as detailed for each location.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the site manager.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Meet insurance requirements.
Work Environment:
Consistent work location.
Routine work schedule typically fixed shifts.
Familiarity with the assigned facility and tasks.
Physical Demands:
Routine standing walking bending and lifting (up to 50lbs).
Must be able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
Limited travel as work is sitespecific.
On feet for entirety of assigned shift
Reporting Structure:
Reports to one Zone Supervisor or Lead Technician.
Works with other cleaning staff at the assigned location if location requires.
