The Rehabilitation Center at Sandalwood in Wheat Ridge CO is a shortterm and longterm care community that partners with our residents and guests to give care. What youll be doing every day:
Your primary responsibility is to lead the Social Services team while promoting and enhancing relationships between residents their families and the support systems and resources inside or outside the community.
Who we are looking for:
- You will be able to demonstrate composure customer focus patience and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team.
- 1 year of previous leadership experience preferably within LongTerm Care
- A solid foundation 3 years) of how to support those living with mental health alcohol/drug addiction posttraumatic injuries physical disabilities and dementia
- Bachelor degree in Human Services field BSW strongly desired. Masters Degree/LCSW preferable

Pay Range: $56485$62400 annually. *
