Job Summary: As an Advanced Space Target Intelligence Analyst you will conduct indepth technical analysis of potential targets using a variety of intelligence sources to identify assess and prioritize targets based on space and counterspace capability mission requirements and strategic objectives. You will derive actionable kinetic and nonkinetic targeting intelligence identifying target vulnerabilities strengths and potential countermeasures. You will develop and deliver detailed intelligence reports briefings and target packages in compliance with clientspecified standards while liaising with USSF Guardians and other stakeholders to provide updated targeting intelligence before during and after target engagements. Your products will include RFI responses longterm and shortterm target analysis products white papers briefing development and presentations and correspondence all in compliance with clientspecified standards.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Intermediate and Advanced Target Development.
Manage a team of three subordinate target intelligence professionals.
Conduct review and validate infrastructure vulnerability analyses between ground relay satellite and weapon system components.
Review and validate Desired Effects No Expected Adverse Effects (DNEA) and/or Target Digital Network Analysis (TDNA) results.
Utilize your expertise in Intelligence System/forcelevel Collection Management.
Work with Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) National Production Workspace (NPW) Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) Maven Smart System/Targeting Workbench (MSS/TWB) Jira and Maximus.
Perform review and validate Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) Munitions Effectiveness Assessment (MEA) and Collateral Damage Assessment (CDE).
Verify team member compliance with timecharging and training requirements mentor and provide performance feedback.
Serve as a liaison between designated onsite client personnel and Leidos senior managers.
Provide weekly status reports and participate in both inperson and virtual unclassified and classified meetings regarding team performance.
Act independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Intelligence Community and DoD Intelligence producers and USSF Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC) division components on all six joint targeting cycle phase requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience or a Masters Degree and 8 years of experience (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
Current Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Awarded a DoD Service Target Intelligence Specialty Code 518 1N8X1 0231 K10A/K23.
Preferred Qualifications:
Combatant Commandlevel Target Intelligence Production experience.
Combatant or Component Commandlevel Collection Management experience.
Previous targeting experience in the 75 IS 75 ISRS CSpOC or other service Operational Control Center.
