We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our journey of delivering stateoftheart simulation solutions to healthcare professionals enabling efficient training without putting patients at risk.

Job Summary:

As part of our legal team you will report to the Group Legal Counsel and will play a key role in providing legal support across various aspects of our global operations. This position will be based in Gothenburg Sweden.

Your key responsibilities include:

Legal Research: Conduct indepth research on case law regulations and legal precedents.

Drafting and Reviewing Documents: Assist in drafting reviewing and revising agreements templates and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

GDPR & Compliance: Support with compliance efforts to ensure adherence to GDPR and other data protection regulations.

Playbook Management: Assist in updating and managing legal playbooks.

Advisory: Support with legal guidance various departments in collaboration with your manager.

Contract Management: Oversee the contract lifecycle including tracking status renewals and database maintenance.

Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies to mitigate legal risks.

Training and Education: Assist in providing training and legal education to employees on company policies and compliance.

Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the legal department including scheduling meetings and maintaining legal templates and correspondence.

Your profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 13 years of experience either inhouse or at a law firm
  • Experience in legal drafting and negotiation
  • Knowledge of GDPR and governance
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Svensk Juristexamen (Swedish law degree LLM)
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English including Legal English)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good to have:

  • Experience with International legal matters
  • Familiarity with crossborder transactions
  • Understanding of international trade laws and regulations
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with techrelated industries
