We provide training to make sure our caregivers are highly trained and able to tackle situations they often face. We also provide the availability to advance in the company from a caregiver all the way to a registered nurse. When it comes to the family aspect this company started because of a family and their experiences inhome care. Therefore we work to recreate a similar feel by holding various activities and team bonding experiences throughout the year.
InHome Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Help clients with personal hygiene dressing bathing and other daily tasks
- Perform basic health care services for clients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication
- Help with general light housekeeping including cooking meals Make transportation arrangements or provide transportation for clients as needed
- Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers nurses doctors and family members
- Observe and report on each clients condition
- Stay uptodate with home health aide training policies and procedures
What will you need as a GLHCU InHome Caregiver (Requirements)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Valid auto insurance
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation & backup transportation plan
- Social security card Birth certificate or Passport.
- Must be 18 years old or older
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
