Description
- PRN
- Need is 12 weekends per month
- Shifts scheduled between the hours of Friday 6pmSunday at 6pm
- Shifts typically are 512 hours.
- Opportunity for 1:1 respite in the home if interested
- Provide nursing support rehabilitative needs and preventative care in a ratio of 1:3 at the ChildServeCenter
- Interact with the child and participate in fun activities.
- Complete electronic documentation and MARS
- Possible skills used:medication administration gtube nutrition seizure management urinary cath respiratory support etc.
- Current valid RN/LPN license in Iowa
- Valid drivers license with two or fewer violations in the past three years
- Active BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience working with children with special health care needs preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in reading writing and speaking the English language.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs be mobile within the assigned work area and frequently bend lift reach and stand.
