Currently hiring for a CHHA for per diemfull time hours 95 in Somerset NJ with the opportunity for overtime on the weekend.
Responsibilities of the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
- Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care prepared by an RN.
- Assist clients with daily personal needs including but not limited to: bathing grooming oral care dressingtoileting activities feeding meal preparation linen changes light housekeeping and transportation
- Comply with all written and mobile documentation and recordkeeping requirements
Requirements of the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
- NJ CHHA certification required
- Current CPR certification
- Current Physical with documented PPD or Chest XRay
- Valid drivers license with an insured automobile
- Smartphone
- Must be able to stand walk squat bend kneel reach twist push and pull
- Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
