About the role
We are seeking experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologists for permanent roles in Melbournes western region. In this role youll deliver bestpractice clientcentred evidencebased therapy services to children and young people with disabilities by supporting them with communication mealtime safety and overall health and wellbeing to achieve their goals and participate meaningfully in their communities.
Your daytoday will include:
- Delivering therapy at home in educational settings in the community onsite at one of our clinics or via Telehealth.
- Providing family coordinationand indirect client services.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
About You
Youre an enthusiastic Speech Pathologist with:
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration.
- Experience working in a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients and families.
- A commitment to professional growth clinical excellence and selfreflection.
- Competence with IT systems especially client management platforms.
- A valid Australian drivers license and own vehicle for travel across Melbournes Western Region.
