Full Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Why workfor Broadway Home Care A Company that offers their Employees Flexible workschedules (Pick your own weekly scheduled days and hours to work) PRN Nursewill travel to assigned client locations to perform Initial Admissions and followup visits via Assessmentswithin Client placeof residence. RN will evaluate patients condition completing appropriateclinical documentation under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor orDirector. RN will implement and update Patient Care Plan in conjunction withpatient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution ofneeds/problems document and report to Nursing Supervisor.PositionsavailableASAP

Licensure/CertificationRequirements:
Unrestricted NC Registered Nursing LicenseRequired
Current CPR certification
TB Test

Flat Rate $30 per Admission and/or Assessment
Office hours as needed @ Hourly Pay Rate of $30

Additional Requirements
NC drivers license in good standing Active Car Insurance
Current TB
Current CPR
Must work well independently enjoy problem solving andunderstand the importance of accurate documentation
Experience:
Minimum Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
