Position Summary:
Are you passionate about creating clean safe and welcoming spaces Join our team as an Environmental Technician! 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
In this role youll work closely with the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Technicians to ensure our entire facilityinside and outis maintained to the highest standards. Your work will directly contribute to a healthy and safe environment for everyone who walks through our doors. From keeping our spaces spotless to proactively addressing maintenance needs youll play a vital role in the daytoday operations of our organization.

Essential Duties:
- Model professional behavior and maintain confidentiality when interacting with program participants and external agencies.
- Perform routine and deep cleaning sanitization and infection control in accordance with daily weekly and monthly schedules.
- Manage inventory restock supplies and ensure proper use of cleaning products including adherence to safety data sheets.
- Assist with facility projects and maintenance tasks reporting safety sanitary and fire hazards as needed.
- Adapt cleaning tasks based on facility priorities space availability and immediate needs.
- Provide excellent customer service while collaborating with staff and stakeholders.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas entrances and shared spaces to ensure a welcoming environment.
As Needed:
- Attends staff meetings orientations inservice training as assigned.
- Reports equipment and building repair needs.
- Understands and follows all emergency procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to stand walk sit use hands to palpate handle or feel reach with hands and arms climb or balance and stoop kneel or crawl. Accommodated alternatives are acceptable if they accomplish the necessary essential tasks. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision distance peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee is frequently required to assist in transfers gait and mobility training.
