- Successful prior track record as a Handyman/Craftswoman / Craftsman.
- Ability to perform minor carpentry minor electrical and minor plumbing without supervision
- Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
- Own serviceable work truck or van
- Current and valid drivers license
- Residence within 25 miles of our large geographic service area.
- Excellent troubleshooting analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Recognizes and corrects issues not a complainer.
- Professional well groomed appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable attendance and performance.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
