JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Penn State is currently seeking an Administrative Support Assistant Senior Support to support the Development and Alumni Relations Team (DAR) in the Smeal College of Business. As a member of the Division of Development and Alumni Relations you can play an integral role in Penn States future and contribute to one of the most successful fundraising and alumni relations operations in the country.
The Administrative Assistant supports the general administrative functions of a wide variety of academic or administrative units; including greeting/referring/assisting visitors customers or staff; preparing documents and reports; compiling records; scheduling meetings; organizing and maintaining information; coordinating calendars; analyzing data including budgetary expenditures; and providing general office support.
This position requires an Associates degree plus four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The salary range for this position including all possible grades is:
$42100.00 $61000.00Salary Structure additional information on Penn States job and salary structure.
