Job Description
Job Summary:
Atzenhoffer Group is seeking a highly driven and resultsoriented Sales Associate for a commissionbased fulltime position in our VictoriaTexas office. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building relationships with current and potential clients demonstrating product knowledge reaching sales goals and developing strategies to increase sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop maintain and grow ongoing relationships with customers
- Effectively present promotions and products features and benefits to prospective customers
- Demonstrate new and used vehicles including test drives
- Utilize sales tools such as CRM sales reports and dashboards to maximize sales productivity
- Achieve monthly quarterly and yearly sales goals
- Engage in professional networking to build relationships with potential buyers
- Utilize uptodate knowledge of products to answer customer inquiries
- Follow up on prospects and leads to identify and close additional sales opportunities
- Maintain a prospect development system
- Demonstrates a positive approach toward helping customers and coworkers. Accepts supervision positively
- Adapts to changing condidtions and shows willingness to assist others when needed
- Strive to maintain the highest possible Dealership Customer Satifaction Level
- Be willing to take all factory tests and become a certified sales associate
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust
- Excellent communication selling negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of the auto sales industry is a plus (but not required)
- Is selfdisciplined and works without constant supervision
- Must be insurable by Atzenhoffers insurance company.
