Position Summary:
The Global Program Management Director will be responsible for overseeing and running complex multidisciplinary programs that span across multiple regions/sites. This role requires critical thinking outstanding leadership and the ability to manage individuals at all levels. The Global Program Management Director will work closely with crossfunctional teams (such as Program & Project Management Office Site GMs Quality Project Lead) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategies objectives and plans in alignment with the companys global goals.
- Lead and run multiple global programs ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including quality operations to achieve program objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with collaborators including customers partners and internal team members.
- Monitor program progress identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management and other collaborators.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence within the program team.
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects at the sites
- Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers customers and collaborators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 710 years of experience in program management with a focus on global or multinational programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage collaborators at all levels.
- Excellent Program Management skills
- Extensive Customer orientation
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. PMP Agile Scrum).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
