Your role
- Lead the development of innovative iOS features that deepen user engagement and build community.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product design and other engineering teams to create seamless impactful experiences.
- Shape the culture and foundations of iOS development within the team setting best practices and mentoring peers.
- Influence Handshakes mobile strategy focusing on usercentric features that drive growth and build confidence.
- Create highimpact features that resonate with Gen Z helping them explore opportunities authentically.

Your experience
- Proficient with SwiftUI UIKit Snapkit MVVMC Swift XCTest Fastlane and related technologies.
- Handson experience with iOS 16.
- Proven ability to own features or systems endtoend from ideation and development to production and maintenance.
- Experienced in mentoring junior engineers conducting thorough code reviews and sharing knowledge on best practices and industry trends.
Bonus areas of expertise
- Experience working on social media applications.
- Skilled in managing highquality video and image workflows including uploads processing and playback using AVFoundation or similar frameworks.
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving app performance issues such as memory leaks rendering bottlenecks and startup time optimization.
Compensation range
$180000 $240000
For cash compensation we set standard ranges for allU.S.based rolesbased on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
