About This Role
Review all orders from every office within the State of Florida and ensure there are no errors with each individual job
Review measurers with issues/concerns on a needed basis with Homeowners Measure Technicians Sales Representative and Permitting
Entering all purchasing information into the companys system updating the associated employees with ETAs and/or issues
Determine quality and timing of deliveries
Maintain cost standards for materials and labor
Prepare cost of goods sold and production reports
Key Qualifications
Resourcefulness and the ability to pivot or think quickly in problemsolving situations
Must be techsavvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office to include Excel Teams Outlook etc.
Heavy emphasis on data entry and systems literacy
Ability to speak with colleagues and vendors with confidence and multitask on systems
Associate or bachelors degree preferred
