Job Summary
KCHA seeks a Property Management professional with exceptional experience to transform lives through housing by providing senior leadership and strategic direction for all Property Management Central Applications Center (CAC) Resident Services and maintenance operations within the Housing Authority. Skilled as both a strategic leader and innovator our next Senior Vice President of Housing and Community Services (SVP) will be instrumental in KCHAs ability to serve our community and support or employees.
The SVP oversees nearly 4000 units across 92 developments which include Public Housing ProjectBased Section 8 LowIncome Housing Tax Creditfunded properties and unique local programs. This role ensures seamless integration of Property Management CAC Resident Services and Maintenance operations promoting impeccable standards of compliance customer service and operational excellence. The SVP holds total compliance and operational responsibility for KCHAs management relationship with SedroWoolley Housing Authority a small public housing authority with 80 units of public housing.
We are seeking a collaborative and experienced senior professional to join us as our next SVP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expertise and a robust background in housing programs and/or property management. They will demonstrate a deep commitment to community and the capability to navigate and lead through transformational changes within the housing authority landscape.
As a servant leader the successful candidate will contribute to and enrich our evolving culture of diverse and inclusive leadership. They will share the passion of all KCHA employees for delivering housing and services to lowincome and underserved communities in King County.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $173210.00 to $268473.65 with a midpoint of $220843.00. KCHA offers a comprehensive benefits package for you and your dependents includes medical dental and vision insurance life and longterm disability insurance plans vacation sick and personal leave reduced tuition and retirement benefits.
