About the Role:
Were looking for a proactive and organized Recruiter Assistant to join our hiring team and help us find top talent. If you enjoy talking to people juggling tasks and keeping things moving behind the scenes this could be a great fit for you.
In this role youll play a key part in helping us connect with great candidates. Strong phone communication and consistent followup are criticalyoull be reaching out to candidates scheduling interviews confirming details and making sure no one falls through the cracks. Youll be the goto person to help keep our hiring process smooth efficient and peoplefocused.
What Youll Do:
- Post job openings on job boards and internal systems
- Screen resumes and help identify potential candidates
- Make candidate outreach calls and follow up regularly via phone and email
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Keep applicant tracking system (ATS) organized and up to date
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support background checks reference checks and hiring paperwork
- Assist with recruiting events job fairs and other HRrelated projects
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruiting HR customer service or admin support is a plus
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up with candidates regularly
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and followthrough
- Friendly professional and a team player
- Basic computer skills (email calendar spreadsheets etc.

Pay Range $18/hour$22/hour
