About The Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management has a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to kick start a career in Project Management.
This position will predominantly be based in Frankston with the possibility of being involved at various sites across Melbourne.
As a Graduate with Programmed you will apply your engineering or project management knowledge within our diverse team and play a key role in supporting our growing facilities contracts. You will gain exposure to our water sector portfolio offering you a wellrounded experience over a 2year graduate
You will have the chance to meet with our senior leaders enhancing your personal and professional development and you will be presented with numerous opportunities for longterm career growth within our business. Additionally you will receive core leadership development training workshops delivered by our learning and development team. About you
To be successful in this role you will have a cando attitude a strong appetite to learn and genuine desire to pursue a career in facility management or an essential services industry. Additionally you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Qualification or final year student of Project Management or Engineering
- Commitment to building a longterm career
- Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
- Motivation to succeed and a willingness to learn
- Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office suite
- Strong focus on safety in the workplace
