We currently have an opportunity for two enthusiastic individuals to join our Urgent Care team as Urgent Care Coordinators on a weekday and a weekend basis. We are looking for individuals who thrive on working within a busy and varied environment and want to be part of a highperforming and supporting team.

Kindly note that we might require a degree of flexibility during the first four weeks of employment for training purposes subject to confirmation.
About the role:
The Urgent Care Coordinator position is a multifaceted 24/7 role requiring excellent communication skills indepth knowledge of operational processes combined with a proactive cando attitude. The role ranges from being a responsive contact point in the Single Point of Access (SPA) to shift coordination for the SPA and the Out of Hours Urgent Care service.
Please note as our operation runs around the clock 365 days a year youll need to bring a flexible approach to working hours because our shift patterns include days/weekends overnights and Bank Holidays.
