Job Description
Job Title:Qualified Social Worker Looked After Children Team
Location:Wolverhampton
Rate:33.30 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Wolverhampton based Looked After Children team. To work in this role you must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have postqualified experience.
What will your responsibilities be
Working with Children and Families to achieve the desired outcome. Discharging care orders. Attending and participating in strategy meetings. Conducting Looked After Children reviews. Completing care plans. Child Permanence Reports (CPR). Completing pathway plans. Completing children and family assessments. Multiagency working with partner agencies.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Postqualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
