apioneer in the aquaculture industry is looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Officer
Location: Athens
Working Model: Onsite
You will be reporting to: Area Manager
What you will do:
The Customer Service & Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing imports and exports taking orders and providing customer service
More specifically:
- Followup of incoming shipments with the customs broker to ensure a smooth importation process of goods
- Quotation to customers order receipt creation processing invoicing and communication of customer orders to 3PL service providers
- In contact with authorities customs broker and transportation companies to complete the procedures for the issuance of the documentation required for exporting products
- Shipments scheduling followup and communication with the customers to ensure excellent customer service
- Transportation companies selection to ensure optimum transit time and transportation cost
- Monthly forecast data entry in the forecast Tool
- Close monitoring and followup of accounts receivables
- Sales support
Requirements - At least 3years of experience in customer service supply chain and/or Logistics
- BSc in Business Administration Supply chain or Logistics
- Knowledge of custom clearance procedures for exporting goods to third countries
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Very good Knowledge of French will be considered as an asset
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in SAP will be considered an asset
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Customer focused
