JOB SUMMARY Fortified Health Security is healthcares recognized leader in cybersecurity protecting patient data and reducing risk throughout the Fortified ecosystem. We provide a wide variety of purposebuilt services to help healthcare organizations evaluate their unique risk appetite strengthen their cybersecurity posture and improve operations along their security journey. In this role as a Business Development Representative the candidate chosen will be responsible for sales and revenue growth through designated outbound activities. The Business Development Representative will bring high energy initiative and seek to be on the front lines of driving lead generation qualification of opportunities and ultimately providing these leads to our Regional Sales Directors for conversion of opportunities to meet Fortifieds revenue growth targets.
LOCATION - Must be located in Nashville TN and able to come into the office 3 days a week.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required. - Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors and execute outbound playbooks at scale.
- Strategically contact accounts to qualify and schedule discovery calls and demos for Regional Sales Directors that initiate a qualified opportunity.
- Build relationships with prospects and execute organized followup with the Fortified sales tech stack to create a robust pipeline.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly metrics to assist in growing revenue in assigned territories.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute strategic campaigns and attend conferences and events to generate interest and develop leads on an as needed basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute custom outreach based on their ongoing initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Experience in outbound sales cold calling qualifying leads and preferably positioning IT security products/services.
- Experience selling in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

- Ability to identify and build relationships with key leaders as well as the ability to identify opportunities based on prospects pain points.
- Work collaboratively in a teambased environment and execute upon interdepartmental strategy.

- Approaching the sales workflow with a sense of urgency and a hunger to excel in the role is a requirement of this role.
- Experience using Salesforce Outreach a B2B contact database and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus.
