Were seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Customer Success team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients are successful with custom integration projects leveraging the CorePlan platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CorePlan customers and internal teams to understand the needs and goals of each client ensuring successful implementation.

• Manage Statements of Work (SOW) including requirements and pricing; collaborate with Sales to close Professional Services opportunities.

• Oversee technical development projects from requirements to design and development. Project management skills are a must.

• Consult with customers and serve as a subject matter expert for custom configurations and not limited to integrations with CorePlan.

• Work with clients prospects and software partners to gather requirements for integrations and workflowz

• Work with the support team to resolve supportrelated issues swiftly and escalate if necessary.
