Who You Are:
As a Paratransit Driveryou will beresponsible for safely operating our vehicles providing reliable friendly and efficient transportation for seniors and disabled members of our community

Qualifications
Driver Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen background check and DOT physical.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to work any schedule we operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- Possess excellent communication and decisionmaking skills.
- Full time only we do not hire for part time.
- Must have a California drivers license and been licensed in the US for a minimum of two 2 years.
- Must be able to assist passengers including those who use walkers wheelchairs and/or other mobility devices on and off the vehicle.
- Must be able to transport passengers with disabilities including providing door to door service when required.
- Must be able to safely and professionally manage conflict and/or difficult situations involving passengers.
- Must be able to accept and accurately record passenger fares including cash tickets passes and transfers.
- Must maintain a valid driver license and all other required credentials certifications and qualifications.

Starting Pay Rate: $21.75/hour training rate
